Some believe that an advantage of using individual couriers, over an established same day courier firm are that they are able to offer far better rates to their customers. However, in reality, larger organisations are far more flexible and able to offer very cost effective rates to their customers.Another benefit of using larger courier firms is the added-value services they provide. Many companies now offer PODs online. Lots of the smaller companies and freelance ‘Man & Vans’ are unable to provide this.
